Our core business activities do not involve the systematic monitoring of individuals on a large scale.

We also do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.  If you are an applicant seeking employment our applicant portal you will be provided information about the information we collect and how we use it. 

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and that information is not provided, we may not be able to perform the contract with you. In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time in an effort to inform you of any outstanding information needed to complete the transaction.

How We Share the Information

Vendors, consultants, agents, and other data processors

If you choose to use this website outside of the United States you should be aware that you are transferring your information outside of the region where you are located for storage and processing.  By providing any information, you are consenting to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information outside of the region where you are located.
